1. Information We Collect

We may collect contact information such as name and email, quiz answers, uploaded photos, selected plan, payment status, report access information, support messages, and technical data such as IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, analytics events, and Meta identifiers such as _fbp, _fbc, and fbclid when available.

We do not intentionally collect information from children under 13. The service is not directed to children, and users under 18 should use it only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to operate the quiz, generate and deliver personalized digital reports, process payments, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, improve the website, measure advertising performance, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our terms.

Uploaded photos are used to provide the contracted image analysis and related simulations. They are not used to identify you outside the service or sold as standalone biometric identifiers.

3. Service Providers and Sharing

We share information with service providers only as needed to run the service. These may include Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for storage and database infrastructure, email and support providers, analytics providers, and Meta business tools for ads measurement and optimization.

Stripe processes card and wallet payment details. Gen does not store full card numbers in its own systems.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to prevent fraud or security incidents, to enforce our terms, or as part of a business transfer permitted by law.

4. Cookies, Meta Pixel, and Advertising

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for required site operation, security, analytics, fraud prevention, advertising measurement, and marketing. This includes Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, and related identifiers such as _fbp, _fbc, and fbclid.

You can control cookies through browser settings and can manage ad preferences through Meta and other advertising platforms. Some operational cookies are necessary for checkout, login, security, and report delivery.

5. Retention and Security

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, support, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, dispute handling, and legitimate business records.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, so users should keep account and email access secure.

6. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to certain processing of your personal information. California residents may also have rights to know, delete, correct, limit use of sensitive personal information, and opt out of sale or sharing where applicable.

Gen does not sell personal information for money. Some advertising or analytics uses may be considered "sharing" or targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws. You can contact us to exercise privacy choices.
